1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and submitting inquiries or orders to Dengtai Staircase Manufacturing Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, and delivery terms stated in the quotation document. Changes to specifications may affect pricing and lead time.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the order confirmation matches their requirements before production begins. Production lead times commence from the date of deposit receipt and order confirmation.
4. Pricing
All prices are FOB Tianjin unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include ocean freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, or destination port charges. The buyer is responsible for all charges beyond the port of loading unless CIF or DDP terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Payment
Standard terms: T/T 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For orders exceeding $10,000, L/C at sight may be available on request. Custom payment terms may be arranged for long-term supply agreements.
6. Delivery
Standard production lead time is 15-20 working days for standard models, 30-45 working days for custom or bulk orders. Delivery dates are estimates based on production schedules at the time of order confirmation. Dengtai is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to: natural disasters, port congestion, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.
7. Quality and Inspection
All products undergo 5-stage quality inspection before shipment. The buyer has the right to arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV) at their own cost before shipment. Inspection must be completed within 5 working days of notification that goods are ready.
8. Warranty
5-year manufacturing warranty covering weld integrity, structural defects, and material compliance. Corrosion warranty: HDG 2 years, SS304 5 years, SS316 10 years from the date of shipment. Warranty claims require photographic evidence and will be reviewed within 48 hours.
9. Returns and Refunds
If delivered products do not match the confirmed order specification, Dengtai will replace the affected products at no cost, including freight. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods with photographic evidence and measurement documentation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, CAD files, specification sheets, and technical drawings — is the property of Dengtai Staircase Manufacturing Co., Ltd. CAD files and specification sheets may be downloaded and used for project planning purposes. Commercial redistribution of downloaded content is prohibited without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People”s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing.
