Welding Quality: ISO 5817

- SS316 in the solution-annealed condition with hardness ≤ HRC 22 generally meets NACE MR0175 requirements
- Material certificates with full chemical composition and hardness test results are provided
- NACE compliance is project-specific — confirm sour service zones in your specification so we provide the correct material certification package

Q: Are Dengtai ladders third-party tested?
Yes. We perform in-house load testing per EN 131-1 methodology. Material testing is performed by the steel mill and verified with EN 10204 Type 3.1 certificates. For projects requiring independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV), we can coordinate inspection during production or before shipment.
Q: Can you provide certification for a specific country?
Every order includes: Certificate of Origin (CCPIT-issued), Declaration of Conformity to applicable standards, material test certificates, weld inspection records, coating thickness reports, dimensional conformance report, and load test certificate.
