North America — OSHA-Compliant Steel Ladders for US & Canada
The United States and Canada represent the world’s largest market for fixed steel ladders. OSHA 1910.23 governs ladder design and use in the US, while Canadian provinces enforce their own Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, typically referencing CSA Z259 and ANSI standards.
Dengtai supplies OSHA-compliant HDG and stainless steel ladders to North American industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Standard terminology: caged ladder and fixed ladder. Products are manufactured to OSHA 1910.23 dimensional and load requirements with full compliance documentation.

FAQ
Q: Are Dengtai ladders OSHA compliant?
Yes. All Dengtai standard fixed ladders and caged ladders meet or exceed OSHA 1910.23 design requirements. Every OSHA-compliant order includes full compliance documentation: material certificates, weld inspection reports, coating thickness reports, dimensional conformance, and load test certificate. See our OSHA-Compliant Ladders page for detailed compliance information.
Q: Can Dengtai supply ladders meeting Buy America requirements?
Dengtai ladders are manufactured in China and do not qualify for Buy America preferences on federally funded US projects. For Buy America requirements, the ladder must be manufactured in the United States from US-origin steel. Our products are suitable for privately funded US projects and international projects where Buy America does not apply.
Q: What about Canadian projects?
Dengtai ladders are suitable for Canadian projects referencing CSA standards. Our standard designs align with CSA requirements for fixed access ladders. Contact our engineering team to review specific CSA standard versions and documentation needs for your project.
