Jouth leads the engineering team at Dengtai. With 15+ years of experience in steel fabrication and structural design, he oversees all technical aspects of ladder design, standards compliance, and custom engineering projects. Production Team
Our 20 skilled welders and fabricators average 8+ years of experience in structural steel fabrication. Every welder is qualified to ISO 9606 (welder qualification testing) and works to ISO 5817 quality levels. The production team operates MIG/MAG welding for carbon steel and TIG welding for stainless steel — each process requiring different skills and qualifications.
QC Team
Quality control at Dengtai is embedded in production, not added at the end. Our QC team performs inspections at five stages:

Dengtai operates with documented standard operating procedures and cross-trained personnel. Every critical function has at least two qualified team members. Production schedules are not dependent on any single individual.
